TRANSPORTATION PROJECT
At Dwyer Engineering we deliver across Australia. Ensuring your load arrives escort and within timeframe requirements. Dwyer Engineering can assist you with all your transport needs. We manage the transportation of fabricated goods all over Australia. Oversize loads are no problems and we can organise escorted transports.
SITE INSTALLATION PROJECT
Dwyer Engineering can meet your site installation requirements. Dwyer Engineering has experienced site personnel for various types of site work. We can assist you with erecting structural steel, mechanical installation, on-site surface treatment, shut downs, civil and maintenance work. Our site crew can be mobilised within a short time frame.
MAINTENANCE PROJECT
Dwyer Engineering provides a comprehensive range of maintenance and minor works services on short or long term contracts. Our strength is our flexibility and quick turnaround time without affecting the quality and customer focus. We have for a long time and are still working closely with a few of the larger mining companies.
MODULAR ASSEMBLY PROJECT
Site work is expensive, save cost by pre assembly in the workshop or at our pre-assembly area. We have a 10,000 sqm pre assembly area in which we can pre assembly off site for direct transport and installation on site. Our pre assembly area is located only a short distance from sites such as Worsley, Pinjarra, Muja and Wagerup.
SURFACE TREATMENT PROJECT
Dwyer Engineering has a 2400 m2 enclosed, controlled surface treatment facility, inclusive of a 24x6x6 metres fully recyclable grit blasting room. Each item is tracked through our paint shop and we are able to provide live updates of items upon request.
FABRICATION PROJECT
Our fabrication workshop is purpose built for structural steel with incoming material at one end of the workshop to create a one directional flow to get steel through the workshop as quick as possible without compromising on the end quality. We also fabricate tanks, chutes, pipes, spools and pressure vessels.
DETAILING PROJECT
At Dwyer Engineering our in-house detailing service provides the highest standard fabrication drawings and utilises the latest 3D modelling CAD software such as Prosteel, AutoCad and Tekla, which have been effective in ensuring high quality outcomes. The computer programs enable provision of detailing date including fabrication drawings.
