Dwyer Engineering can meet your site installation requirements. Dwyer Engineering has experienced site personnel for various types of site work. We can assist you with erecting structural steel, mechanical installation, on-site surface treatment, shut downs, civil and maintenance work. Our site crew can be mobilised within a short time frame.

We are a "one stop shop" fabricator. We can assist with all your needs, from detailing, fabricating, painting, transport and site installation.

We have a good safety record and have worked for some of the largest mining companies and government organisations during the last 10 years.


Our fabrication workshop is purpose built for structural steel with incoming material and processing at one end of the workshop to create a one direction flow and out in the other end as quick as possible without compromising on the end quality.

We also fabricate tanks, chutes, pipes, spools and pressure vessels.

The majority of our clients requests fabrication of carbon steel, however we have experience to also fabricate in stainless, dua plates, bisalloy and other exotic material.

Our boilermakers and welders are fully qualified to both AS3992 and AS1554 and are supervised by a Cert 10 welding inspector.

The progress and tracking system maintained for each client and project are visible for clients over the internet if requested.

Dwyer Engineering has modern CNC machines such as beamline machine and angle line machine to its disposal. These machines assures a cost efficient processing to the highest precision.

The beam line enables processing of 100 ton medium sized steel per week. This capacity is increased when processing heavier sections of steel.

To eliminate errors we have implemented quality controls on every step of the way.


Dwyer Engineering has one of the largest surface treatment facility in Western Australia. Our facility includes a fully recyclable grit blasting room which is 6 metres wide, 6 metres high and 24 meters long. Our enclosed and roofed paint shed is over 2000 m2.

Our blasters/painters have extensive experience in industrial, mining, oil and gas applications We are taking the quality control and quality assurance seriously. Paint reports are supplied with every paint job including blast profiles, ambient conditions, relative humidity, dry bulb, steel temperature, dew point and thickness tests, all according to applicable Australian standards.

We have been ISO 9001 certified since 2005.

If requested we are able to organize to pick up steel at your premises and deliver painted steel within a very competitive time frame.

We also conduct on-site surface treatment. Our site trucks are equipped with blasting and painting equipment.


Our in-house detailing service provides the highest standard fabrication drawings and utilises the latest 3D modelling CAD software such as Prosteel, AutoCad and Tekla which have been effective in ensuring high quality outcomes.

The computer programs enable provision of detailing date including fabrication drawings, dxf files, nc1 files, assembly list, cutting lists, and bolt lists upon request at any stage throughout the project process.

We manage the transportation of fabricated goods all over Australia.

Oversize loads are no problems and we can organise escorted transports.

If you have steel that needs to be painted, we will pick it up and deliver it back to you when the job is completed.


Dwyer Engineering provides a comprehensive range of maintenance and minor works services on short or long term contracts.

Our strength is our flexibility and quick turnaround time without affecting the quality and customer focus. We have for a long time and are still working closely with a few of the larger mining companies.

Site work is expensive, save cost by pre assembly in the workshop or at our pre-assembly area.

We have a 10,000 sqm pre assembly area in which we can pre assembly off site for direct transport and installation on site.

Our pre assembly area is located only a short distance from sites such as Worsley, Pinjarra, Muja and Wagerup.

Store goods until site is ready to install. Dwyer Engineering can also assist with transport and site installation.
